Drying wolfberries
How to drying wolfberries
In the process of drying wolfberries, the staged setting of temperature is crucial to maintaining their quality.

First, in the heating stage, it is recommended to set the dryer temperature to 40°C to balance the temperature
inside and outside the wolfberries and ensure uniform heating.

Next, in the dehumidification stage,
the temperature should be raised to 45°C to accelerate the evaporation of water while avoiding
damage to the wolfberries. Subsequently, it is the deep drying stage, the temperature should be
controlled between 50°C and 55°C to further remove residual moisture, and the humidity is preferably
kept at around 55%.

Finally, in the uniform dehumidification stage, the temperature can be set at 60°C
to 65°C to ensure uniform discharge of moisture, and the baking time is about 3 to 5 hours.

Through such staged and precise temperature control, it can be ensured that the wolfberries achieve the ideal
drying effect while maintaining their excellent quality.
